By accessing or using the 4ly.me URL shortening service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, you may not use the Service.

4ly.me provides a web-based service that allows users to shorten long URLs. The Service may also provide analytics about the usage of shortened links. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "as-is" and that 4ly.me assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Shorten URLs that link to illegal, abusive, or malicious content
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws)
• Transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature
• Spam, phish, or engage in identity theft
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Service

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you agree that 4ly.me may use such data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Account Terms

• You must be 13 years or older to use this Service
• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Free accounts are limited to 10 standard links and 1 custom link

6. Modifications to Service

4ly.me reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that 4ly.me shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

7. Copyright and Content Ownership

We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. However, by using the Service to shorten a URL, you agree that others may view and share your shortened links.

8. Termination

4ly.me may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is". 4ly.me and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither 4ly.me nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Service will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event will 4ly.me, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data; or (iv) for any amounts that exceed the fees paid by you to 4ly.me under this agreement during the twelve (12) month period prior to the cause of action. 4ly.me shall have no liability for any failure or delay due to matters beyond their reasonable control.

11. General Information

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between 4ly.me and you concerning the subject matter hereof, and they may only be modified by a written amendment signed by an authorized executive of 4ly.me, or by the posting by 4ly.me of a revised version.
